RETURNS POLICY

Sport Gripz will accept returns for damaged or incorrectly shipped items at no cost, and will cover return shipping. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be re shipped or a refund issued for the respective item. For items to be eligible to be returned the below needs to be met:

• Item must be in the same condition as delivered and products unused.
• Item must be in its original packaging.
• You must email us within 30 days, and we will issue you a Return Number, which you must include with a return to receive a refund.
• In the event the return is due to our error, we will either issue or reimburse for return shipping. In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs and will be responsible for costs to reship.

REFUND POLICY

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error i.e if you received an incorrect or defective item etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
